BC Place Stadium is home to the Canadian Football League champions, the BC Lions. Each and every year, nine Canadian teams compete from June to November in a battle at the Grey Cup Championships. Canadian football is also played with three downs on a wider and longer field as opposed to American football. Vancouver's favorite Hockey team is the Vancouver Canucks. Their home games are played at the GM Place. The Vancouver Canadian Professional Baseball Club play at the Nat Bailey Stadium.
