Walkie Stacker Chain

A pallet stacker is a type of pallet jack that is used to move, stack and lift palletized merchandise that are overly arduous for manual lifting. Its main function is to load and unload pallets on trucks, in addition to transferring pallets to and from various locations within a storeroom space or warehouse. Most pallet stackers are made of heavy duty materials to hold up extreme weights. Pallet stackers are often called pallet jacks. They may be operated from a seated, upright or walk-behind position. Pallet stackers are separated into manual and powered types.

Some basic items comprise the pallet stacker. There are forks that slide beneath a pallet, capable of transporting and raising it to a desired height. The engine compartment or casing houses the gas-run, electronic or hydraulic gear that powers the instrument.

Normally, pallet stackers come in walk-behind designs that are hand-powered. This means that they are moved by pushing and pulling the jack into its desired location, while raising the heavy pallets will be operated hydraulically making this chore a lot easier. They are physically less demanding to operate than the manual models thanks to the hydraulic power that elevates and lowers the forks. These models are steered by turning the handle in a particular direction. There is a button on the knob that functions to raise and lower the forks. A throttle set up on the stacker's handle moves the machine forward and in reverse. This type of equipment is regularly referred to as a forklift and is operated from a sit-down posture.

Picking the correct model of pallet stacker can be quite important as models will have varying lift functionality, together with varying fork widths. Some models of stackers may only tolerate two pallets to be loaded at one time, whilst other versions may be able to load multiple pallets.
